SAP Customer Experience 

The first in a planned series of quarterlies, dedicated to unearthing and exploring the latest trends in customer experience. Designed to be printed. 

 

I planned and edited the magazine, from the initial concept to final proof. I also wrote 11 of the 14 stories, created an eight-page infographic, worked closely with the designers and did some picture research.  

We worked hard to bring the values of a consumer title to a very-business-like subject, while keeping within SAP brand guidelines. So we mixed bold graphics with list-style features, used provocative headlines and told interesting stories. And made sure that you'd put it down having learnt something new.
